Guest guest
Sorry to hear that you were unwell as a result of having had some pizza Rhonda, but maybe it's a blessing that you found out your body can't handle it. I don't think you should feel bad for having had it though. That's what the free days are for yeah? Well, I have only been on the program one week tomorrow, and my free days are a Saturday as it's more convenient but you know what I had on mine last week? A fat free carob bar!! I kid you not. I mean what the hell..?? Geeez of all the things I could have had and that was the best I could come up with??? I'm gonna make it a point to eat at least a little junk food this weekend if for no other reason than to make up for last week I hope you're feeling better soon > > Ok, I've been eating perfectly for weeks. Guest guest
Awe thank you so much!! It took 48 hours for me to feel better, but I'm back on track now. Whew, I will not touch another one of those. Make your free day a good one, and have no guilt afterwards. There are still certain foods I steer away from on freeday. But there are still so many tasty delights I can have. Congratulations on starting a new challenge Violets. > > > > Ok, I've been eating perfectly for weeks. Guest guest
I hear ya concerning the pizza Val. I left out a few other gruesome details, but I think you get the idea. It was ugly. > > I¹m not surprised. I haven¹t been able to eat typical pizza for years. > Same exact results, plus a few extra ones that are a real yuck fest!
