I don't know if you live close to a city or in the boonies, but there

is a concrete called quickcrete or similar name(s). This would come

from a concrete company in a readymix truck. It is more fluid than

regular concrete and will find it's own level the same as water. It

is sometimes used in old buildings where the floors are not level

with dips and what-have-you. I think they recommend about one inch

over the existing floor.
