Guest guest
Hi Tia, I believe my girlfriend bought monthly guest passes on EBAY for like $5 a piece. Of course you have to go through their whole sales pitch first but after that you're free to use the gym. It's an option. kim

Guest guest
Hi I just had to share that about 16 years ago now I was working in Madison, WI as an auditor with 5 others mainly all men. I was on this health kick before my wedding and went out to walk at 5 am and this truck was going real slow like following me! So I came back to the hotel and stated that one of the men had to get up and walk with me after all it was for a good cause (my wedding LOL!). So I had 2 volunteers and we walked and did running intervals for the next 3 months. Oh by the way they lost more weight then me so unfair. But at the end of the time sure enough the truck was back and turned out it was the paper guy. Oh my gosh did I ever receive some grief for that and word spread quick back at the home office <smile>. But I say be cautious always and I did the right thing by not going out by myself. The story is funny now after all these years. As for cardio I do Powter (ok I'm dating myself) step workout when I have to stay home or travel. Jumping rope is a cheap great alternative as well. Michele T. >Hello, All! >Well, I'm on Day 2 of my second challenge, and I had a weird problem this morning. I woke up at 6 to go for a run around the block, and it was dark out, and there was a suspicious->looking car driving slowly down the street. It really freaked me out. >So, until I can figure out a way to run in the light of day, I'm looking for an alternative. I don't own a treadmill, and I can't afford gym membership. >What do you do for the cardio portion of the training? >TIA!
