Guest guest
, I did notice! I was almost ready to get out of the group due to all the spam. I haven't been posting due to travel, but read every chance I get and everyone's post have been so encouraging and inspiring. I am back on the BFL program after having trouble with fatigue due to thyroid. Been on meds for a month and feel great! I was doing the BFL program for 2 years and did not drop any weight! I kept on it because it made me feel good and I knew it was healthy. Now that I know it was my thyroid keeping me from losing... I am looking forward to seeing results! Guest guest
, Been reading post for a long time, but never posted myself. I'm interested in the photo you had a while back comparing the 5 pounds of fat to the 5 pounds of muscle. I've finally done that and I'd like to show my 3 kids the comparison. Thanks, Tammy Skwigg wrote: Noticed anything weird in the last day or two? Like a sudden upswing in Body for Life discussion?
