Guest guest
Hi! My is Jeanie. I have done BFL off and on for a couple of years. Due to job, moving and health I have stopped at times but always come back to it because I know it is such a healthy way to eat and get fit. I have lost inches and dress sizes, but no weight. I see definition in my arms and legs but my stomach is stubborn! I am 47 and until getting on this group, I thought my health problems were just because I was getting close to menopause, etc. But one of the first post I read was about someone having thyroid trouble. I have suspected I had hypothyroidism for 2 years now and would ask Dr's and they never followed it up. Anyway, had a test done this past week and I am! So starting meds today. I hope this will not only help my to lose the weight but rid me of the constant ringing in my ear, heart palpitations and extreme fatigue! Thanks to whoever that was that mentioned it in a post! I have been on this list for a week now and really enjoy the helpful encouragement and tips! It has motivated me every day to watch what I eat and do my exercises! Thanks all! Guest guest
I'm a hypothyroid one. My symptoms were extreme fatigue--I would be exhausted at 10:30 am, and required a nap every day--and constant nagging pains in shoulders, hips, etc. It was a revelation to not have the symptoms. I'm so excited to see how my body responds now that I have the armour thyroid. I " m considering it a scientific experiment. : ) beth Jeanie wrote: Hi! My is Jeanie.
