Guest guest
Fat burners aren't necessary at all. They actually don't do much. Although, I suppose people do tend to eat less when they're dizzy and shaky and have pounding headaches. :-) Don't look for motivation in a pill. The pills won't make any difference unless you're already eating clean and training hard, and even then the difference is marginal. > What you all think of Lipo6 a fat burner to help get me motivated-are > they really needed to lose body fat? Most socalled 'fatburners' (thermogenics) are a waste of money these days. Do some research on the ingredients and you will see that most have too way too much caffeine (drink green tea, coffee, or colas instead) and alot of hype with no scientific backing. Take the Lipo6 ingredients: Synephrine(citrus aurantium): " As it stands now, citrus aurantium extract exists as one of the most over-hyped ingredients on the weight loss scene. There are some interesting theories on how it might work to increase metabolic rate and promote weight loss, but most are couched in pseudo-scientific mumbo jumbo and none are backed by any credible scientific evidence of effectiveness in humans. " Yohimbe: " Although yohimbe is frequently promoted as a " natural " way to increase testosterone levels for muscle building, strength enhancement and fat loss, there is no solid scientific proof that yohimbe is either anabolic or thermogenic. " Caffiene: " The scientific evidence on caffeine as a general stimulant and an aid to exercise performance shows convincingly that caffeine is effective. " The above notes from http://www.supplementwatch.com A thtread about how useless guggulsterones are (and I think anything that may mess with your thyroid is not an option): http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=622320 Bioperine: basically a type of black pepper to enhance absorption of the other ingredients, but meant to take more money out of your pocket. Useless. There is nothing in pill form to melt fat off your body. Eat clean and workout daily. Repeat over and over. joni __________________________________________ *Lift well, Eat less, Walk fast, Live long*
