Guest guest
Jen, Were you wearing AFOs or orthotics when you were on your feet cleaning? If not, maybe look into some. If you were, they might need adjusting, and maybe you just " overdid it " . It happens to the best of us. Life at home can be busier than going to an office or teaching at a school. Right now, get into bed, take some Naprosyn or Alleve, and get some extra sleep. I hate to clean so much, and have learned though the years, the best way to clean is one room at a time. So what if it takes me an entire week to clean the whole house? The point is, nothing, and I mean nothing, or no one is more important than me and my health. And also my aquatics, my work, my art, reading, my garden, and life in general. You may wish to hire some extra household help until you get a home-routine down and really focus on pacing yourself - set very small, realistic goals. Are you planning on working part-time when the foster children arrive? You might want to rethink that - temporarily, until, like I said, you get a workable routine going. A while back and Suzanne mentioned the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser for cleaning and I will add that Chlorox Disinfectant Wipes come in VERY handy too. ~ Gretchen
