Advice on getting disability

Hi,

I'm seeing my neuro next week and I'm planning to

bring

up my desire to get disability from work. In other

words, filing a claim to get disability pay. Any

ideas

on the best way to approach doctors with this?

Doctors

don't seem to want to do this -- of course, I've never

asked before. What information should I be prepared

to

provide to her at my appointment?

My neuro is with MDA and should be more understanding

with this than others I've seen.
