Guest guest
I'm putting the finishing touches on a 'how-to' 'book' for distilling hydrosols that I hope will take years off readers' learning curves. This has been banging around inside my head for a few years and this seems the summer to let it out! Dabney Rose Artisan Distilled Hydrosols http://www.dabney-rose.com scent@... Guest guest
Let us know when the book is ready! I'd be very interested in that - I'm planning on purchasing a still this year, just don't really know what size or where to start. I have to READ about anything new for awhile before actually taking the plunge. I read about making soap - LOTS of books on my shelves - before actually making my first batch that ended up so easy and fun I was chagrined it took me that long to get started. I read and read and read and then read some more before I do stuff. You should have seen me when I first got my still. It was even funnier when I rebuilt the top of my car's engine. It took me a couple of months of reading before I went at that. : ) Cheers! Andrine
