The vet said that it was caused by a new powder that she used on her rugs. It's the kind that you sprinkle on and vacuum up. Lesson learned here that not all dollar store finds are good ones! Does anyone have a soothing balm recipe that she could use to help ease the rash as it heals and is save to use on animals?
