Lyndell,

I agree on going as slow as one feels is necessary. But, I also like to

have some rash, as a positive sign that I am getting toxins out. So, I

control time & concentration to get a mild rash I don't mind living

with, tolerating as much as I can considering rash location, physical,

environmental & social realities. And, like a good tortoise, I will

cross the finish line eventually! As the I Ching says so often:

perseverence furthers! ;-))

One other thing occurred to me that I found helpful with one particular

rash I had. I'll try to be delicate about this: I recently spent an

evening with my girlfriend & the following day noticed a slight itch on

the bottom of my scrotum, but I didn't pay much attention until it was

more pronounced the next day.

On the second day I applied some ozonated olive oil, assuming it would

resolve the problem, whatever it was. The itch persisted, so I applied

ozonated olive oil again the following day. Later that day a rash broke

out that lasted almost 10 days. At first I didn't realize it was a

cleansing reaction, as I'd never before gotten one from ooo. So, still

thinking of some possible pathogen, I soaked a washcloth in 3% peroxide

and bathed the area, getting instant relief. My scrotum turned white

over the entire afected area, and the white did NOT rub off! It oozed

off after about 10-15 minutes.

I bathed the area 2-3 times a day, as required by the itching, and got

absolute relief from the itch every time!! I kept this up for a week,

and it is the easiest cleansing rash I have yet gone through, itchwise.

And, let's face it, the only terrible part of the rash is the itch. The

oozing & such I can ignore & the frequent peroxide bathing prevents the

possibility of infection from open skin. All this makes me wonder if the

itch could be bacteria-related?

I don't really think an infection would be very likely anyway, since the

oozing of lymph in a bad rash is flushing toxins OUT of the body, and in

other circumstances is the body's method of flushing out bacteria. It is

like a positively ventilated building that keeps out dust because air

blows out, not in -- a constant washing of the area.

I am about to start funneling over my stomach, and I intend to try

peroxide on it when I get the rash. I'll keep the list posted if it

bears fruit, but others may want to try it before I report. I repeat, 3%

peroxide is one of the most soothing things I have yet applied on a

cleansing rash! It did NOT further irritate the rash, and the soothing

reaction of the H2O2 is the MOST soothing agent I have so far found for

the itch.

Saul says a liver flush helps diminish rash reactions, which makes

sense, but I don't feel up to doing one now. So, I ordered Dr. Schulze's

liver/gall bladder - anti-parasite tincture. Dr. Schulze says that the

increased bile flow will melt the soft stones and flush the gook out.

The bottle says to use it 2-4 times a day, but I'm still impressed with

the results from ONE dose a day! You can feel the distinct sensation of

increased bile with every BM!

The reason I won't do a liver flush now is that there is something

seriously wrong in my stomach, and while I don't know what it is, it has

been increasing for the 6-8 months I have been " ignoring " it. While I

was ignoring it I was also drinking too much beer again, a nasty side

effect of having a lot of blues musicians for friends, who play a lot of

local gigs. Hanging out with musicians tends to infect one with bad

habits, if one is susceptible. Mea culpa. ;-)

The other morning I woke feeling under par, and the idea of breakfast

made me slightly nauseous. I ate anyway, took protease and still had

some indigestion. Later in the day took my normal max dose of Dr.

Schulze's cayenne tincture, forgetting I hadn't eaten for several hours.

Normally, this makes me drink about a pint of water fast! ;-) This time,

when it hit my stomach it felt like a sword stabbed in & twisted! It

dropped me to my knees and it was all I could do to keep from vomiting.

I went so far as to sit by the toilet, but didn't barf after all.

This experience lasted 15 minutes & left me with a bad hot flash, a

burning pain in my stomach & the realization that I had to stop ignoring

whatever it is. My friends ask why I don't go to a doctor. My answer is

that all they can tell me is what it is -- maybe. I have medical

insurance, so it wouldn't cost me more than my deductible, but how could

they tell what is going on without sticking a camera down my throat? I'd

rather die, and that is not a rash (pun intended) statement. No matter

what they could tell me, it wouldn't matter, I would do most of the same

things I'm already doing anyway. So, why would I waste time going to an

MD? But I do wish I knew. ;-))

This all began about 6-8 months ago when some bug went around. Half the

people who got it developed indigestion at every meal for weeks. Me too.

I took my usual viral protocol & my symptoms went away, but not the

lingering digestive disturbance. All of this was aggravated by my beer

consumption. I could sense that. I had previously maintained it at 2-3

beers, usually 2, 2-3 times a week -- then I met these musicians & took

up blues guitar. Hanging out at live music events, I got up to 4-5 beers

nightly. I know, but I love live music, especially blues. ;-)

During these months I kept telling myself to stop drinking, that it was

aggravating my indigestion, etc. but put off stopping. It had been

getting worse lately, and the other morning was the end of my Cleopatra

phase. (Queen of de Nile) I find it difficult to stop bad habits like

drinking, like anyone, but I am blessed that when something " clicks " in

my head, I can just stop, cold. So, I did.

Since it all seemed to begin as it did, I reasoned it could be a

lingering infection that exposed my stomach lining. It could be an

ulcer, but I don't intuitively feel it is & I haven't passed any blood

in my BM's. I had a bleeding ulcer once and it didn't hurt this much or

this way, or cause daily headaches after every meal. For totally

subjective, metaphysical reasons, I recognize it could also be a tumor,

though that is probably unlikely. Parasites occurred to me, but they

don't fit the picture. And, with the amount of cayenne, habanero,

wasabi, ginger & garlic I eat DAILY, most parasites couldn't survive or

thrive, and the larger ones that might would be writing in agony, and

they aren't.

At any rate, since I was temporarily afraid of cayenne, and had just the

day before received my first order of an array of tinctures from Dr.

Schulze, I tried the lobelia. Dr. Schulze says, along with his mentor &

his mentor's mentor, that the two most important healing herbs are

lobelia & cayenne, and if a healer could only have one, it would be the

lobelia. All I can say is your bowel movements will pass some truly foul

looking stuff if you take it! And, it makes you feel better. He further

says that if a healer doesn't know what to do, the best option is to

alternate lobelia & cayenne. Doing that.

I also started drinking several glasses of ozonated water daily,

followed in 10-15 minutes by a teaspoon of colostrum (Donna's wonderful

ImmuneTree? brand!), as colostrum directly triggers immediate regrowth

of stomach & intestinal mucosa. I've got some of the super-duper aloe

Saul recommends, started taking it. Naturally, I stopped drinking

altogether, and began again to drink fresh-squeezed veggie/fruit drinks

& eating a lot of sashimi & sushi. (I'm getting real good at making

California rolls). My worst meal is my daily eggs, potatoes & bacon, but

on the 3rd day I digested that without any indigestion! (I couldn't even

face one bite of bacon the first day.)

I am trying to keep my diet as simple & raw as possible, but I am eating

frequently. My stomach hurts if it is empty, and feels that way 2-3

hours after I eat. BUT, it doesn't want me to eat anything except for

things that digest easily, like raw veggies & fish. I'm eating more fish

(sashimi) & less sushi (fish w/rice & veggies), as the cooked rice

doesn't digest as easily as the raw meat. Naturally, I eat a lot of

wasabi, Japanese horseradish, and geri, picked ginger, and they do not

affect my digestion negatively. I normally drink hot sake (rice wine)

with my sushi, as it seems to improve digestion. It still seems to

improve digestion, but I deliberately use less than before, as I would

rather not drink any OH at present.

I'm also eating Dr. Schulze's Superfood, a mix of wonderful nutritive

stuff, in juice. I just tried my first dose of Homozon. I'd love to know

what it is in my stomach, but since I believe all healing is to be found

by doing essentially the same things, I'm just going to go that way,

customizing my approach to the needs of the stomach. It's what I was

doing, but not quite so assiduously.

I'd love to hear from anyone having specific, FIRSTHAND experience with

symptoms like mine, or knowledge of a miraculous healing agent for the

stomach of which I am unaware. I also hope I am not doing too much good

at once. ;-)

namaste,

jim :)

jim:

when you drink, try guinness stout instead of beer. for some reason, people with

yeast problems can handle it well. i can vouch for it. and i usually do well

Arthur,

Good suggestion, I like Guinness, but I stopped drinking. I wanted to

discontinue it anyway, since I am moving into a deeper metaphysical type

of healing now, and alcohol is a barrier to the higher mind. But, just

before I stopped, I discovered that Japanese Sapporo beer is

UNPASTEURIZED! I drank some and it DOES digest better, as it should! The

downside is $10 a sixpack here in WV.

Jim, you're a hoot! Should be a story-teller not a musician - haven't heard

you play mind!

Have you tried Reflexology - just finished a great book on it by her.

Really enjoyed it and have had some success with a few things I have tried

on my victims (family) but still not convinced it was 100% reflexology.

Will keep playing and experimenting with it.

Body Reflexology : Healing at Your Fingertips - Mildred

Have also seen other success stories. Stomach reflex point is in middle of

hand and foot. Look for tender spots and hold the point for 7-10 seconds.

Massage deep - sometimes very sore but those are the points to massage - the

more sore they are, the more problems you have in that area. You will be

surprised how quickly the soreness disappears.

Good luck and keep entertaining us. Ken

P,S, You must be a pretty fast typist.

Jim, I forgot to ask you how long you have been ozonating and what main

protocols have been? Any sign of lessening reactions? What improvements in

health?

Others please answer these questions too. Thanks, Ken

Ken,

I teach acupresure, which is reflexology. That's part of the reason I

know it's my stomach. But it's odd. Normal stomach trigger points on the

left breast are not sore. Yet the neck muscles associated with the

stomach are all " blown. " (weak)

I have been ozonating for about 2 years on & off. For a long time now it

has been on, but varying degrees of intensity. Yes, the reactions lessen

in some indescribeable manner. I used to get a light rash from a single

glass of ozonated water. Now, ozonated water won't trigger them. That is

one of the signs that gives courage to go on. And, I truly believe the

difficulty I go through cleaning out will be enough reminder to keep me

from backsliding too very much later.

I have been doing other things also, but I do credit ozone with a big

part of my recovery. Some improvements in my health are: no more

CFS/fibro, plenty of energy most of the time. No more symptoms of

multiple chemical sensitivity. I had congestive heart failure 9 years

ago, with an ejection fraction of 15-20%. That's almost dead, about as

close as you can get without going there. Now it's back up to 45-50%,

where it was before. (I have a slight murmur, always did, nothing

astounding. Normal is 65-70%.) At age 58 I am getting younger &

healthier, not the other way, and am generally healthier than most 30

year olds. That's all that occurs at the moment. There's more, I'm sure.

There has been a lot of talk on the list lately about the cleansing

rashes from ozone. Yes, it can & does happen, but what is the option?

You can clean out at a Seventh Day Adventist health spa & for about

$2200 you can get your colon, liver & kidney REAL CLEAN! ;-) Then, the

rashes would be less or none because the body would better be able to

get the poisons out. Or, you could do those cleanses before doing the

ozone.

I could probably do better by having done more liver flushes. But, quite

frankly, I am a rather disorganized person. I consider myself lucky to

get anything healthy done. Either that or I do too much. I wing almost

every moment of my life. It would take me all day just to plan my day. I

had to develop a lifestyle where I could do that, because I literally

cannot wake up to an alarm clock. My body has to wake up on its own or I

get sick in 2-3 weeks. My circadian rythm is like a superball bouncing

in a bathroom, it changes from day to day some times. I need my 8 hours

of coma.

But, thinking along the lines of my needing to clean my liver for this

very reason, I got the liver cleanser tincture from Dr. Schulze. Thanks

for reminding me to take another dose.

And yes, I am a fair typist. ;-)

Jim,

Could you elaborate on what you are talking about here?

Are you saying that the 7th Dey Adventists have some kind of special

cleanising/detox program that is open to the public that cleans your colon,

liver and kidneys completely??

If so, I would be most interested in hearing some details. I love learning

about 'shortcuts' to health, as long as they are safe and effective.

Thanks

,

Last year a friend of mine went to Connecticut, to a 7th Day Adventist

spa. In ten days they fed them herbs, sea water by the bucket, gave them

cold showers, massages & they spend a lot of time on the toilet. My

friend passed a long, rope-like thing of that black junk you see

pictures of! It cost $2200 for 10 days, but they do clean you out. I can

get contact info if someone wants it.
