Guest guest
Hello, I just wanted to extend a thank you for approving my membership to . My name is and I am 29 and a Wife and Mother of three. I was diagnosed with this name of CMT this past year in August 2005. Although I've pretty much known something was up for quit a few years, it just now has a name. I've always figured out different ways of doing the things that were challenging for me, but normal for any other person. I had a theory for everything wrong...My hands were skinny and see through because I have'nt work out since high school. I lost the mobility of my thumbs four years ago.. " due to not working out " . My legs apear to be getting skinnier and weeker, and my feet are getting worse, all because of the fact that I don't work out. So if I just go to the gym and use weights I'll strengthen up in no time, and if I just get some kind of surgery I'll get rid of those anoying hammer toes and high arches. Because it's all a tendon problems from being a pre-mature born baby. See I had a theory for everything, and I suppose that's why we call this the " denial stage " . Sometimes when people know what is wrong with them, they make excuses as to why we can't do something, instead of finding other ways to get the job done! That's why I'm here to find out how well others are doing and what are their methods. Thanks again,
