504 - WAS Re: School troubles again

, here's a couple quick links to info on 504 Plans. Also, if

the school feels Kelsey is coping just fine without supports then

you'll have to change their minds - as in, for example, all the

support she's given for homework, staying on task, needing

assignments written down or else she doesn't remember..... THEN she

should be able to get a 504 Plan, which, as you'll read somewhere

about them (504's) just " levels the playing field " for a child, puts

them at equal footing with others (average kids). Hope you can find
