Question about additives for a rebatch

I just got done shredding a 30 oz. brick of goat's milk oatmeal and

honey soap to rebatch (with a potato peeler, I'm sure there is a better,

faster way, I just don't know what it is). Anyway, I want to do just

this for now because I want several different scents and I don't want a

whole lot of each scent cuz this is just for personal use. My question

is, how much water do I add, how much scent do I use, and can I add

dried calendula and if so how much for 30 0z. of soap? If I want to add

lavender buds to my next batch, would I use the same amount as the
