I bought a small spray bottle and put one-third 35% HP and 2 thirds distilled water; figured that should make about 12%. Put it in ears and didn't get any reaction at all; thought there would be lots of foaming. It was suggested not long ago that 12% would be more effective than 3% so I tried it; want to get ears ready to do a little funneling with OOO. So should I make it stronger?
