Guest guest Posted February 27, 2006 Report Share Posted February 27, 2006 Jeff in Alberta, A stationary bike might not be the best answer, if there is any way to check this out with your orthopedist and physical therapist, I would do it before you start. My experience with aquatic exercise has given me a very wide range of exercises for my entire body, including knees, so look into that.
