Do a morning glucometer test. Do not eat anything

after 8:00 pm and take the test when you rise in the

morning. Normal is 70-120 mg/dl. Under 70 is

HYPOGLYCEMIA, 120-140 is pre-diabetes, over 140 is

DIABETES. You may be surprised what this test shows.

It is very important to do this test before you eat,

drink or move about after waking.

One of the quickest way to lower blood pressure is by

fasting. A one to three day fast can normally be

performed very safely. I prefer to juice fast with

fresh vegatable juices--about 600 calories per day.

And, I add a lot of liquid colloidal minerals to my

juice (about 1/3 of the liquid). The minerals are very

healthy and greatly reduce the hunger pains. Actually

they are eliminated...Ron Inda

<snip>

If this problem is indeed caused by poor circulation to the leg muscles,

then I can think of some things that I would strongly recommend you try -

they are inexpensive, and you should see results quickly if this is indeed

the problem, so it is worth a try...

First, I would try combinations of Niacin (*not* the 'non-flush' form) and

niacinimide, combined with lots of cayenne tincture (as much as you can

stand). The niacin 'flush' is a sign that it is working - niacin causes the

capillaries near the surface of the skin to expand greatly. Niacinimide, on

the other hand, works on the blood vessels and capillaries deep inside the

body - you may experience a 'creepy/crawly' sensation inside when taking

it - this is normal.

Then, after taking these, perform hot/cold hydro-therapy on the affected

areas. An easy way to do this is in the shower. Get the water as hot as

you can stand it, mark where the faucet is set, then alternate between the

hot and cold.

The hot/cold therapy is the absolute best way to 'get the blood moving', and

is an integral part of Dr Schulze's 'save your life' program.

3-5 days of this and you should see dramatic results - again, if the problem

is indeed a circulatory one.

Try it - you just may be amazed!

Dear

I already take Niacin here and there when my blood pressure drops. And I do

get the flush but only on my upper chest and head area I believe.

I'll look into the niacinimide but am allergic to cayenne.

I take almost completely hot showers due to the horrid neuropathy. I'm

always surprised that my skin doesn't even redden. You'd think it'd

blister! I'll try the hot/cold treatment on my legs.

I've never heard of dr. Schulze's 'save your life' program but will look

into that too.

I'm in such a pain fog it's hard to think for myself. Now my son's back,

shoulder and knees are in such agony, I hate to go out. Even to the

doctors' causes him such pain to get my wheelchair out and push me. I hate

my life right now. We're in such agony and am about to loose everything

financially too. He can't work. He has to take care of me!

And I just lost the child support because he turned 18 but is still in

school and doing 4.0 work!

There has to be a silver lining to our huge clouds.

Thanks for the easy things to try. I'll do them immediately.

Dear Ron

I had my son take my blood pressure while laying down last night. I'd been

down for a while and knew it would be at its' best. My ankle was 116/63p78

, my calf was 120/56p84 and my leg just above my knee was 105/56 p 81.

Laying down arm pressure was 107/48p88, but I'd been on heavy meds for a

killer migraine all day. SO perhaps all of these were lower, too! Stupid

me!

I haven't thought to check it while sitting until I just noticed a small

email from Dennis.

I don't have high blood pressure in my whole body. . . just my lower body.

In fact, my normal b.p. is about 112/70!

Perhaps my legs are clogged from being in a @#$% wheelchair most of the last

9 years. Horrid fibromyalgia from constant injuries necessitated it.

D*mn!

I will do the morning glucometer test. I got the do it yourself kit for my

son and myself.

Thanks for the help. I really appreciate it. I really am scared and in

enormous pain.

Kate,

I'm sorry to hear that you're in so much pain.

The hot and cold treatments, from what I've been told by doctors who provide

them at their clinic, are wonderfully effective. You can try 10 or 15

minutes on, 10 or 15 minutes off, and repeat the cycles. Some people have

hot and cold water tubs handy for that purpose.

Blessings,

Nina

Ten to fifteen minutes!?

Two to three is hard. The cold water's an enemy to my neuropathy. . . I

have had Torticullis from the shock of a cooler swimming pool.

Whew! Sounds like something the Scandinavians do in the winter:-)

Kate:

The blood pressure in your ankle is supposed to be

greater than the blood pressure in your arm (smaller

diameter vessels=higher pressure). The ankle-arm-index

is an accurate and reliable indicator of heart disease

and its complications. An ankle/arm index of under 1.0

needs to be monitored carefully. If the ankle/arm

ratio is .9 or less you may have serious

cardiovascular disease or heart disease.

116(ankle)/107(arm)=1.08=>a safe range. Please check

your morning fasting blood sugar level, Your pain is

not blood pressure related. Please post your morning

fasting blood sugar level to the group...Ron Inda

Of course, Kate, tailor it to what you need. The reason early

hydrotherapists used hot and cold water alternately was to stimulate the

blood flow.

Good afternoon.

I went through a long night not taking pain meds so that my glucose blood

test would be okay.

Took it this morning. It didn't work.

The test strips are outdated.

Didn't realize they expired so fast. Got them for my life insurance last

year and after another okay test ignored them until now.

Will redo tomorrow after new bottle purchased.

OR maybe the doctor will order that on my new bloodwork.

I'll get right back to you.

Thanks again

Kate
