I had no problem accessing this book. It just took a little while

to load and Acrobat Reader comes up automatically. I got a blank

page first. I also have high-speed internet so it might take quite

a while with a lower speed connection.

Vilik: Call Kirkman's and ask them to send you a copy.

They have it printed out. I heard reports of the book

being available this way (by mail) prior to it being

on-line. Free!
