Hi, I'm posting this because it worked!

I bought some yarn online, using a credit card. Never got the wool.

The seller had a website with her address, and SINCE IT WAS A SMALL

TOWN (in Wisconsin, actually--I mean, this would probably only work in

a small town, but the town wouldn't have to be in Wisconsin), I called

the police in that town and explained the situation to them! using a

distressed rather than an angry tone. They immediately sent someone

out to the seller's address, and the wool arrived within a week of my

call, with the lame excuse from the seller that she had been " busy. "

lol at that degree of busy-ness.
