Guest guest
gail: i read in one of andy's posts that mercury toxic people don't do well with liver cleanses. i had an interesting experience recently that relates to the liver cleanse. the morning after my last liver cleanse i had a feeling of calm (and very tired) that i haven't experienced in many many years. i didn't feel strong enough to try another one. i recently started chelating according to andy's protocol with ala every 3 hours. after two doses i experienced the exact same feeling of calmness as when i did that liver cleanse. nothing else has done that for me, and i've tried lots of things. so i am wondering if there might be metals in those liver stones. and perhaps the reason why some people get very sick from the cleanses is that it stirs up metals in the liver. Since you and Saul recommended another liver cleanse, I did one Friday. As you may recall, my first liver cleanse produced at least a thousand tiny stones. Most stones were no larger than a quarter the size of a pea. I also felt lousy for a couple of weeks after the liver cleanse. Well, this time, I got out less than a hundred stones. And they were much larger. Most were the size of a pea. I got two that were about 3/4 of an inch in diameter. This time I felt pretty good after the cleanse. I am at a loss to explain why I felt lousy the first time and felt good the second time. By the way, I did try the salt water thing a year ago. It didn't seem to make any difference. But thanks for suggesting it! Sincerely, Rich

Maybe the first cleanse makes one so sick because it's the first time all those toxins are getting stirred up. Ok, so I'm just guessing again. LOL Sadly to say, so many stop after the first cleanse just when the healing is beginning! Still I'd like to suggest you continue to do more cleanses, one every two weeks, until no more stones are passed. As you can now see, one cleanse alone is just not sufficient. As I said before I'm glad the magnetic bed worked so well for you. However, I don't see how any of the things we do can have lasting effectiveness if the liver is too congested to do what it is suppose to do. Merry Christmas all, Gail
Guest guest
Dear Rich, You felt better this time because you are nearer to completion of the job of cleansing your liver. You felt worse last time because you were only half way there. One more ought to finish the job completely... Best of Health!
