When you go to your doctor, ask him about Ditropan XL for your bladder control. It has helped me and I take one pill a day, 10 mg. It is a time released cap and works over a 24 hrs. a day. Also, I use Clear Tract (buy online) for my bladder as well. It is D-Mannose and it is 10 X more potent than cranberry and it attracts bacteria away from the bladder wall and the bacteria flushes out by drinking water. It is good for ecoli bacteria only. If you have a source of bacteria other than ecoli it won't help. My last test confirmed from ecoli so it has been a lifesaver for me. Between these two products, I can go and do things away from home..ha! I have cystitis and acid is bad as well as hot, spicy foods. This product has stopped the burning. I was having bladder infections, once a month. This product stopped it and now I just take a maintenance dose before I go to bed and don't have to get up in the night.
