Let's say an order was placed over the internet, paid for by Paypal and only half was received. The customer then emailed the business and got no reply. The customer included the order number and paypal number. Then the customer called the number provided by the business and the number was not a working number. The customer emailed again, but has not had any response. This was the very first time the customer ever used Paypal, so any instructions regarding contacting paypal would be most helpful if they were most specific. Thanks for any help.
