Guest guest Posted February 15, 2006 Report Share Posted February 15, 2006 My husband has CMT 1A, We have two girls together. The oldest is about to turn 3 yrs. and the youngest is 1 yr. Neither one show any signs or walks on their toes. My husbands aunt ( she is the oldest kid, his dads sister, she has CMT 1A), then comes my husbands dad ( he had CMT 1A), then comes his aunt and uncle ( they don't have CMT). His mom and dad had him and his two brothers ( he was the only one to have CMT 1A). Do we need to worry about getting them tested now, or should we wait until they start school? Thank you.
