Is there likely to be any difference to the way I perform any exercise (be it training or competition) DUE to the length of time I stretch? Does it make a difference to my performance, whether I stretch muscle groups for 5-7 seconds OR do a longer stretch of 20-30 seconds prior to exercise? Thankyou group!
