Weight for sled

I have heard from two different sources that the weight used by a

runner for sled training should not create more than a 10% increase

in the time of a measured run. I realize that the size of the runner

and the leg strength will have much to do with the amount of weight

dragged, but is there an " in the ball park " method of calculating how

much weight a runner should pull? What range of weight might I be

looking at for a 150 lb athlete who can double back squat his weight?
