This ad is for a pre-buy on Butters and Oils. We have found a company

supplying all the butters and oils that we need and we believe that they have

great

prices. We have also received samples on the following products that we are

including in this pre-buy and they are great.

In this Pre-Buy the minimum is 55 pounds for each product, we will set up a

special page for this Pre-Buy on our web site or you may email or call in

your order.

Pre-Buy Products:

1. Avocado Butter Ultra Refined- This is a great butter for soap and other

toiletries. This butter is known for its moisturizing properties and helps

soften rough dry skin) Price: $13.00 / pound

2. Mango Butter -Ultra Refined -This is a great butter for lotions and a

great lubricity on skin. It melts readily at the skin temperatures making it

ideal for stick, balms and suppositories- It also counters the drying effects

of

bar soaps and cleaners. Price: $9.00 / pound.

3. Macadamia Nut Butter Ultra Refined - This butter offers an exceptionally

good emolliency and lubricity, while at the same time exhibiting good dermal

penetration. Price: $ 14.00/ pound.

4. Mowrah Butter Ultra Refined This butter has a mild pleasant odor suitable

for use in cosmetics and toiletries. It is soft at room temperature and

melts immediately upon contact. Great for face creams and lotions. This butter

is

known for its properties to help prevent dry skin and may hinder the

development of wrinkles, reduce degeneration of skin cells and restore

flexibility.

5. Shea Oil Ultras Refined - Shea Oil is known for its healing properties as

well as protects the skin from sun and aging it is also known to assist in

cutaneous dryness, dermatitis and dermatoses, eczema, burns, etc. Price:

$10.25 / pound

Pre-Buy Policy:

We need to meet a minimum of 55 pounds per product, therefore we reserve the

right to cancel the buy in all or one item if we do not meet the minimum.

The pre-buy will run now through April 15, 2005.

All orders will be processed and then submitted to our Supplier. If/when we

meet our minimum the buy will be closed and everyone will be notified.

We will accept all major credit cards, debit cards and Payal, we will also

accept checks because your check may have time to clear before we submit the

order.

All return checks will incur a NSF fee of $20. All orders will be shipped in

plastic containers. We will use the new USPS Flat Rate boxes where possible

to ship your order, however in most cases orders will be shipped via

DHL-Ground or UPS-Ground. There is a $2 processing fee applied to all orders.

BONUS: We will extend a 5% discount on all orders placed on or before this

Sunday - 4/10/05. Invite someone to the pre-buy and if they order and we will

extend an additional 5% discount on the pre-buy.
