Guest guest
I have used quinine for severe muscle cramps. The cramps were so bad that my logs looked like a ballerina on point. I used to get them quite often when my M.D sister-in-law mentioned magnesium. I take 500 mg of magnesium oxide every with my evening mail and can only remember one episode in the last year when quinine was needed. A way to take small amounts of quinine is to drink tonic water. If you do, never, NEVER buy sugar free. I often use it in the summer when I start to feel some electrolyte imbalance in my muscles. I take a glass of tonic and put a capful of lime juice to make it more palatable. Larry
