Hello! I just found out about this last week:Dear Oregon Raw Milk Farmer,

Recently, several Oregon raw dairy farmers have had their insurance cancelled " for sales of raw milk. " These were homeowner/hobby farmer insurance policies issued by Country Insurance, which is associated with the Farm Bureau. They found the names of the raw milk farmers on realmilk.com. If

we have listed you as a source of raw milk here on realmilk.com and you

no longer wish to be listed, please email the webmaster at click here to email the webmaster!

(webmaster at realmilk dot com), with REMOVE REAL MILK LISTING in the subject line. Please specify state, city, and farm name so we can

find the listing. You may wish to contact Friends of Family Farmers (FoFF), a grassroots organization promoting sensible policies, programs and regulations that protect and expand the ability of Oregon's family farmers to run a successful land-base enterprise while providing safe and nutritious food for all Oregonians. Through education, advocacy, and community organizing, Friends of Family Farmers supports socially and environmentally responsible family-scale agriculture and citizens working to shape healthy rural communities. Their email is info@... and phone number is . Their

website, which explains their different campaigns and programs, can be viewed at: http://www.friendsoffamilyfarmers.org/ .

We do not sell our raw milk, but we are Country Insurance customers (who plan to cancel). I would like to blog about this, but I'd like more information about it first. I can't find it mentioned anywhere else on the web.

Thanks!Wardeh ('Wardee') HarmonOregonhttp://gnowfglins.com
