what kids hear when hereditary disorders are mentioned

This may sound like a funny question and you do not have to answer

it. What was it like to be on the table and asked if you had any family

problems? Did you have a feeling you had CMT already ??

I had this awful feeling when the doctor was looking at and

reporting back to the nurse what to write in the report. I really wasn't sure

if she had CMT up until that point or not. I was wondering if as an adult what

is going through your mind when a doctor brings up a hereditary issue?
