Dear , There's nothing to worry about. A bit of shipping in the cold -

even if the package stays at cold temperatures for a few days will not harm

the Kombucha (or Kefir) culture long-term. There might be s slight slow-down

of fermentation initially, but it will soon catch up again.

Now you can breathe a sigh of relief! :-)
