Today I did a virgin workout. It was The Firm Jiggle Free Arms. I liked most of it. I used my step with slanted risers as I don't have a transfirmer. I always get lost on step portions of most workouts and I did on this one as well. I am just not coordinated enough to get it right, I do love step workouts, I just need very simple basic workouts and I need them to be cued very well. This one mixed me up and after a while I was just doing my own thing, stepping up and down, turning around on my own. I did like the weight portions though. Over all I did get a decent workout for my 30 minutes and am very glad I got it done. I am off to bed now as 5 AM comes around early. in CA
