Hi Donna,

We have had posts about this before, you can search for them, in the

meantime, as I mentioned to Roman, Greg , CMT expert MD suggested

we, with CMT, follow a nutritional/diet plan that is in line with what

the American Heart Association recommends and he said for us to stay as

thin as possible.

I have found that in order to loose weight, I must exercise and eat

less; I also eat about 5-6 times a day, very small meals, maybe only a

piece of fruit at times, but always have protein maintaned, do not use

sugar of any kind, nor eat stuff like ice cream and sweets and no

longer drink anything except water and lots of it. I am now about 7 lbs

above my sophomore college weight of 122. I want to get back to 122 by

August 1. Good goal, plenty of time for SLOW weight loss, lots of time

for aquatics!

I will check some info for you and post it when I find it.

~ Gretchen
