Hi Everyone,

Here's my week:Sunday - Rest (got home from PA and just had stuff to do!)

Monday - PowerFit Triple - from the original set - Cardio, Legs & Shoulders, Back, Biceps & Thighs

Tuesday - Weight Watchers Punch (advanced), PowerFit Harmony Lower Body Blast

Wed - PowerFit Plus - Total Body Express, Austin's "Faux Kbell" routine from 3 Week Bootcamp, Core Express

Thurs - PowerFit Harmony Speed Burn & Firm Express Cardio

Friday - Tracie Long Training - Endurance for Movement (really liked this one and feel some nice, gentle, DOMS/Fatigue in my glutes/hamstrings from it!)

Today so far has been rest, but planning for a family walk/hike in a little while.
