BREWING KT FROM 2 YEAR OLD SCOBY. USED LATEST STRAIN FOR STARTER.

Dear Ones,

My daughter brought my former scobies down from Boston. She kept them in their

own KT in the refrig, covered with Kombucha Tea.

I can usually tell when my brews are ready to harvest it, by smelling the pots.

I started these two pots brewing on Black Friday. They are making something,

but will it be my older milder brew or my newer bitey Kombucha? Or a hybrid?
