Dear Ones, My daughter brought my former scobies down from Boston. She kept them in their own KT in the refrig, covered with Kombucha Tea. I can usually tell when my brews are ready to harvest it, by smelling the pots. I started these two pots brewing on Black Friday. They are making something, but will it be my older milder brew or my newer bitey Kombucha? Or a hybrid? Wish me luck. Blessings on you all. LOve. MArge.
