Guest guest Posted September 30, 2010 Report Share Posted September 30, 2010 I did PFH Strong Push, walked dogs for about 15 min (rainy) and then did a bit of the Absession from Mari's slimming pilates set with acceleratorThis is one that requires the door attachment and I couldn't figure a way to do it in my work out area... so I did some with just the bar, some with out and then just left as it was getting late. I like this and it will be good for travel as I can configure door attachment easier in hotel. My complaint with this series is the same I read - they don't let you know the configuration needed for accelerator prior to workout.
