Guest guest Posted April 11, 2011 Report Share Posted April 11, 2011 This has been an ongoing major frustration for me and my scobys.I have set a small mobile heater in the warmest room in the place.I have thermometers on both bowls, and sometimes they read 70,or a little higher. So far into 2 weeks I tasted and still quite sweet.A little zing for carbonation. That's what usually happens, and I prefer itthat way. I'm seriously wanting to trash the whole effort.
