Guest guest Posted October 5, 2010 Report Share Posted October 5, 2010 Ran again today without incident, but made a walk date for tomorrow to force myself to rest it. I will resume running during lunch on Thursdsay and Friday. On Saturday I might get to run a few miles with my friend who is in the Portland Marathon! I haven't been given my milepost or place yet so I'm not 100% sure this is a go but it would be fun to do that, kind of like in the Biggest Loser were prior seasons' winners jump out of the bushes and run with the current contestants while they do their marathon. Tomorrow I will get up at 4:00 again and will do Body Balance - Les Mills' yoga format. Thursday it will be back to Body Pump, Friday Body Combat.
