Mmmm raspberry mocha frappucino.. That's my complaint with compound moves too, . I don't mind it ff it's something like CLX where the movements are slow, but fast compound movements, especially if it's a new workout, are just aggravating! Do you like protein powder? My quick go-to breakfast shake is a frozen banana (one and a half for the best texture), rice milk, chocolate protein powder, a spoonful of instant coffee (I said it was for breakfast!) and some honey for sweetness, to balance out the bitterness of the coffee. This and a handful of nuts as a mid-morning snack actually keeps me going until lunch. This morning I added some low-fat vanilla yogurt for extra flavor but it didn't work, it was too tangy for me.
