Guest guest Posted October 13, 2010 Report Share Posted October 13, 2010 Hi Everyone I switched things up a bit and did Cardio X instead of Sweat 5/6. It worked well b/c I didn't sleep well (again) last night and Cardio X is relatively short - 43 min or so. Cardio X is basically a P90X "sampler" you do a little of everything, yoga (as part of the warm-up), Kenpo (kickboxing - very drill like, not choreographed), Plyo and Core Synergistics. I doubled up and did the Plyo section 2X. I was able to do most of the moves in Core Synergistics - except "superman/banana" always throws me - I can't do it fast like Tony and the "kids" but I"m good with going at my own pace with these, I think it is the safe/wise decision. Anyway it was a good one for this morning. Next cardio day is Friday - not sure what I"m going yet - maybe something steady-state-ish? Maybe Sweat 5/6 again w/ an add-on.
