Guest guest Posted October 12, 2010 Report Share Posted October 12, 2010 I got another lighter workout in this morning. And, it felt great. I did a 30-minute pilates workout which was surely more beginner-ish, but still a fine workout. Especially since I got it for little or nothing through 's sale. Afterwards, I wantd more. I pulled out Tonique Mat and did the side-laying portion which is 17 minutes. Perfect. I got some awesome burns. I'm still calling this a light day though since it's focusing on the smaller muscle groups, and my heart rate stays super-low.  I have decided to do some barre, pilates, & yoga for this week and probably next week  I think my body will be shocked... Tomorrow, I am going to do some yoga, and then another section of Tonique Mat again  Darcy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
