Guest guest Posted October 13, 2010 Report Share Posted October 13, 2010 Ugh.. hardly a light workout today..GRR... At least my heart rate didn't escalate..until the end w/ the pushups with Tonique! GRR. Anyway, I wanted yoga. I totally forgot that Bob's newest 15-minute ab yoga routine is not yoga WHATSOEVER. It is nothing but abs.. An awesome grueling ab workout though. And I did enjoy it, but that wasn't my intent today! Afterwards, I did the 30 minute section of Tonique. Ouch. I forgot how hard this one is too! Then at the end she does a lot of push-ups, then holding into plank. I was fried, spent, cooked, done. So instead of alternating w/  planks, I stretched. I did do all the push-ups though. So, got a good one in, but a little more intense than I had planned. Tomorrow, I plan on doing some REAL yoga, and then focus on some upper body w/ super-light weights..
