But I do have in-shoe orthotics and I would encourage you to listen very well to your orthotist, assuming you trust her/him 100%. I listen to everything Stefan tells me and ask him questions when they come up. As for the poll question idea, thanks. However, polls need to be generalised to span the whole syndrome of CMT. Not everyone wears AFOs, solid, hinged or otherwise. If you can get this into a generalised format, send the poll question to me at gretchen@... (please put 'CMT poll idea' in the subject line, as I save all ideas sent directly to a special folder.
