i brew in a large glass

container w spigot (5gal), $120 but no worry about whether there will be

anything leeching into my magic brew that i drink for health purposes.

Would the Stainless Steel spigot be the best way to go or would the plastic

standard spigot be OK since there is so litte actually in contact with the

brew? I'd think SS is the safest way to go, no?
