Guest guest
This morning I got up and did Body Pump 51, which I hadn't done in ages so it seemed like a virgin. Highlights in this one include 4 clean and presses back to back, no rows in between. Also in the lunge track there are screamers in addition to traditional lunges. Nice! I went up in squats using two 20lb kettlebells instead of the barbell, which also worked the back to some degree too. I did them suitcase style and I am feeling it now! For chest I did the track doing flys instead of presses. Body Pump pretty much only does presses and I felt I needed to mix it up a bit. Abs were easy (for me) Turbo Kick abs are much harder most of the time than Body Pump's. 1 One Step Away DJ Jurgen2 Give It Up Captain Jack3 Pump It Up! Today's Esplanade Run will be with a new pair of Nike Air Max 2009's - all black on top with tennis ball yellowish green clear bottoms and accents. They are men's and fit but I did have to put in a Dr. Scholl's insert as I have narrow feet, but Nike runs narrow anyway so I hope this won't be an issue (men get more fun colors for sneakers than women, WTF is up with THAT??) Hope everyone has a great day in health and fitness!
