White tea is very beneficial in terms of health properties. It has a mild

flavor and is delicious. However, it usually costs more so I save my white

tea for drinking plain rather than in KT. I have used it in KT but if you

blend it with other teas you can't really taste the white tea. Give it a try

making a batch with just white tea and see what you think. It is good for

you.

Thank you Ms. Bev, and so I shall. I found some Village Tea Co.'s " Classic

Organic White Tea " at a Whole Foods store and am going to combine it with a

GT's " Original " KT 16oz bottle and see what happens. I used about 1½ cups

of sugar in the hopes that it'll insure the needed processes to take hold.

Will let you know how it goes!

Happy New Year to All....

Chuck
