I'd like to begin by welcoming all the new members! I hope everyone

is enjoying the holiday season. Congratulations to all who are doing

well and to all of us who still have the will to try! I've been

away for quite a while, but I've tried to read the posts at least a

couple of days a week. As you may remember, I was suffering from

depression. Unfortunately, I could not schedule an appointment with

a therapist until late next month. So, my depression gave way to a

migraine headache, which eventually lead to gut wrenching tension

headaches!!!!!! Needless to say, I've been " sedated " the past couple

of weeks. Through it all, I managed to workout at least 3 days per

week, and enjoy the Christmas Holiday with family and friends.

However, the new medication makes me very tired, so I now spend most

of my time napping and snacking. My new Tae Bo Kickboxing bag and

gloves arrived before Christmas! I can't wait to use them. I have a

problem, though. When I ordered the Get Ripped Series tapes from

QVC, one Impact Intro tape was included. Is it possible to purchase

the other tape separately? I saw the new tapes on QVC. I know at

least a few of you purchased them? Tell me, is it a good buy? I

know I've gained at least 5 pounds, but I'm not worried about it.

I've decided to give myself a break! I am proud to brag that I have

continued to drink the 64 oz of water everyday!!!!!! Well, I look

forward to maybe trying out the bag this weekend. I am unable to

think of a better way of relieving tension than kicking and

punching! Happy New Year everyone!!!!!!! It's great to be back!
