To be fair I'm doing Body Gospel in the morning and P90 in the evening... Date Day Video Day P90 Week 1 7/19/2010 Mon Body Revival 1 This was more intense than I expected , it's a good way to start the day 33 Sculpt 1-2 Day 1 of P90 and hooray NO YOGA!! Now, this is very old school as Tony starts by stretching cold (naughtly Tony). Since this is my evening/second workout that wasn't so bad but I'll do a few warm up moves next time. 29 7/20/2010 Tue Core Revelation 2 don't let the core in the title fool you Donna throws is thigh work two 20 Sweat 1-2, Ab Ripper 100 oh, oh, oh! I absolutely and completely feel Sculpt 1-2! I'm pleasantly surprised, the highest weight I used Monday was 8 pounds…I think P90 is going to do my body good 40 7/21/2010 Wed Body Revival 3 I really feel good after doing these workouts in the AM 33 Sculpt 1-2 upped my weights just a little on some of the moves, top weight still just 8 lbs…still sore from day one. I don't want to overdo it. 29 7/22/2010 Thu Stretch in the Spirit 4 This 10+ min stretch is not a bad way to start the day. There are some mild yoga poses, ones I happen to like. If this was all I was doing today I would probably be itching for a " real workout " but for a beginner or if this was a rest week the stretching is vital, since I'm feeling the DOMS from P90 I actually enjoy having only the stretch scheduled this morning. 11 Sweat 1-2, Ab Ripper 100 Interesting note, my heart rate gets higher on my Sculpt days 40 7/23/2010 Fri Body Revival 5 It's official, I like Body Gospel! The gospel part is not over the top, in your face or bang you in the head, just inspirational goodness 33 Sculpt 1-2 oh boy, had to go back to my orginal weight levels 29 7/24/2010 Sat Stretch in the Spirit 6 I'm glad this morning was only a stretch LOL 11 Sweat 1-2, Ab Ripper 100 Had to do all of the modifications tonight and still my muscles (especially my legs) are toast. 40 7/25/2010 Sun 7 Rest or Stretch Chose rest 348 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
