I don't know why P90 keeps being forgotten, I'm in week two and still feel it. To be fair I'm doing Body Gospel in the morning and P90 in the evening...

Day 1 of P90 and

hooray NO YOGA!! Now, this is very old school as Tony starts by stretching

cold (naughtly Tony). Since this is my evening/second workout that wasn't so

bad but I'll do a few warm up moves next time.

absolutely and completely feel Sculpt 1-2! I'm pleasantly surprised, the

highest weight I used Monday was 8 pounds…I think P90 is going to do my body

good

good after doing these workouts in the AM

upped my weights

just a little on some of the moves, top weight still just 8 lbs…still sore

from day one. I don't want to overdo it.

Stretch in the

Spirit

This 10+ min

stretch is not a bad way to start the day. There are some mild yoga poses,

ones I happen to like. If this was all I was doing today I would probably be

itching for a " real workout " but for a beginner or if this was a

rest week the stretching is vital, since I'm feeling the DOMS from P90 I

actually enjoy having only the stretch scheduled this morning.
