Guest guest Posted July 27, 2009 Report Share Posted July 27, 2009 the reason you put baking soda in cows milk is after its been frozen with the soda, when it thaws it goes back together like fresh...but with goats milk you dont need to do that because its naturally homogized and it goes back to normal without the baking soda.
