Guest guest Posted February 17, 2011 Report Share Posted February 17, 2011 Hi KTers, I hope you don't mind me bragging, but, after 2 years I made the best batch of KT, I have ever made, for me anyway, I think it comes down to, keeping everything clean, close watch on the sugar, use just enough black tea to make a fairly dark tea, I think the most important thing is temperature, I keep mine at 64F, and just leave it alone for 10 days, before drinking, I check the PH with these strips I bought at the wine making place.
