Today I finally had a chance to do the entire Jare Body Rock workout. I really like this workout for the most part. I am not crazy about the dance portions but then I really hate most dance workouts, apparantley Jari doesn't do dance either because she wasn't in the dance segments. I do like the way the dance was spaced though, after Jari's cardio portions. I did the best I could on the dance part, but this white girl just ain't got no rythym (sp). I just tried my best, but believe me it didn't look anything like it was supposed to. Once again I loved the cardio on this one, and I loved the weights portion. I am happy that she put a little more ab work into this one than the others I have tried. I will definitely use this one again, because even though I didn't do well on the dance, it was fun. I like that I get my cardio and my strength all in one workout. Have a great day
